In the 2004 edition of the dice book there's a few pairs similar to what you describe.

W44C appears to be in green printing on the 2 side/Wilbur Clark's Desert Inn in white on the 1 side

W123C in blue on the 2 side/Wilbur Clark's Desert Inn in gold on the one side

W65C in pink on the 2 side/Wilbur Clark's=Desert Inn= in gold (I think) on the one side

The W and the C on all 3 pairs are in an elaborate script. All 3 are described as 1950's/60's and are valued at $31-50

Others have just a (plain) WC on the 2 side; others have D##I or DI ### on the 2 side; one has K252D on the 2 side. I think it's pretty safe to say that WC was Wilbur Clark, and that DI was for the Desert Inn...but I don't know who KD might have been.
