I believe you WILL get the chips, and the seller is NOT a scam artist.
After you reserved/purchased the chips via e-mail, someone else wanted to buy them, but the seller told them they were already sold. (to you)
A scam artist would have tried to sell the same chips to as many people as possible..no?
