Affects users with Comcast as their Internet Service Provider only. Not as bad as I've seen in a few months ago but they SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIX THIS! My guess is it's still a pricing disagreement with the company that provides the undersea-cable link from Florida to Europe. They allow it to get congested in the evenings in an attempt to get Comcast to pay an additional fee.

I've been away on a holiday for a week and had no problems with slow responses on systems that used other Providers, even in the evening hours.
