They are not having a battle with my ISP, they are having a battle with Netflix and it is affecting their connections to many ISPs in the US and all over the world.
Comcast's infrastructure is way out of date and the equipment just can't handle todays traffic problems. I read it all over the internet, thousands of complaints.
If they were my ISP I would have changed years ago.
