I remember when this came up. I sent Greg S. a message that, IMO, it was only that the inlay print was die cut differently. The prints are the same, just not cut in the same positions. Greg acknowledged that he too, felt that was the case, but.. Note the distance from the edge of the inlay to the letter "H" on the bottom. The grill wasn't printed with more lines, just off die cutting shows the line that would have been trimmed off.
