i have found that you have to get a form at the slot card promotion booth. when you sign up for a card. you fill it out and they sign it then you take it to the cashier give them $10 you get 15 ncv $1 chips. i just did this at the Boomtown casino in verdi nevada. they said i could only do this once a month. very interesting another interesting thing was they would not give me a blank slot card. after checking i found out the blanks are used as room keys.
