The three examples (numbering) are on three
plaques exactly as seen in the post (same
denomination; casino).
There were only ten examples found in a Paris,
France, warehouse. I placed six examples in six
different collections.... and, nfortunately, I do not keep track of serial numbers. 
Marc-André (Liege) tried to figure it out when I
first procured the pieces. Nothing!
