Cozumel doesn't have any casinos on the island. If you are looking for a great place to have lunch though, try La Terraza. Great Italian food and even better service! When I was in Cozumel last April we stayed at an all inclusive but still felt the need to eat here multiple times! Here is a link to the reviews on Trip Advisor. Hope this helps, Dan R-8220
