I've been to Isla De Margarita, it is a free trade zone off the coast of Venezuela.
I have several chips, a plaque, and a token I brought back.
We stopped there on a poker cruise in 2003.
The casino we were in was Gran Casino Margarita.
Cirsa ran the casino in a Hilton Hotel
1600 Bolivars to the US $1 ast that time.
