I detected that Erick was uncertain regarding #1 - Roulette Chips and that he assumed they were purchased for play; "pay" was his term for purchase.

Then, further down the thread when Erick asked if there was a lawyer who could clear things up... I thought to jump in by saying what I did not feel the need for a lawyer since it has been made clear (in this thread and many others) that Roulette chips are not purchased where it's okay to walk off with them, and I had no problem in believing Erick grasped on to what I was saying even though I did not mention Roulette Chips -- thus my claim I thought I was on topic.
