I dont believe that selling any chips (even those that were previously slabbed) is against the anti slabbing pledge.

Buying chips in slabbed form, however would violate that pledge.

I my personal opinion, even though these chips are technically slabbed, since they are ungraded, I wouldnt consider this a slab.

Just my opinion.
