Last weekend, I drove my 41 Plymouth to Bakersfield, CA. where I made a trade with a couple from Oakley, CA.

They drove the Plymouth back to northern CA, and I drove my new toy back here to Las Vegas.

What I drove home, was a 1957 Ford Del Rio Ranch wagon. A really nice upgraded 2 door station wagon. It's both upgraded to hotrod status, and it's also was Ford's upgraded model wagon for 1957.

They only made the Del Rio wagon for 2 years 1957, and 1958.

The Del Rio, is considered the Chevy Nomad of Ford's line.

Needless to say I can't wait for next years car show season.
