Looks to me as though these are just varieties caused by the blue ink starting to run out.
Ive seen similar within a single box. They all appear to be a bit more turquoise/aqua than blue, as are 99% of those you see, in shades ranging from light to dark.
Now I appreciate the colors are different on my scanner, but these two below which I have just scanned next to each other, are our reference copies for the TCR listings.
When you look at the chips by eye, the left hand one is the typical turquoise, probably about the middle of your range.
The other one is not a dark shade of the same color. By naked eye it is a distinctive navy blue.
