Got this on eBay a few days ago. Chip is not in TCR. The inlay is a little off-center. Could this be a reject? Maybe the whole lot was this way so they cancelled them and never used them? Or it could be representative of what was on the tables 17 years ago.

Inverted H&C, and oversize of course.
