Special K Bars:
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup white karo syrup
1 cup sugar
2 cups peanut butter
1/2 tsp salt
7 cups Special K cereal (slightly hand crushed)
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips

Bring to boil: Butter, syrup & sugar. Remove from heat-add peanut butter & salt. Mix well, add slightly hand crushed cereal. Pour into greased 9" X 13" pan. Cool. Frost with melted chocolate chip mixture.
