Atlantic City RESIDENTS and BUSINESS OWNERS have not even been allowed back into the city to assess damage to their properties after mandatory evacuations were ordered. . . and casino owners are talking about opening their properties to gaming customers?? Where are the hotel and casino service employees going to come from. . . ?
