This is what is known as a "Good For", not a casino chip to be played at the tables. This one is good for lunch at the Carousel Buffet at this Indian Reservation casino. They were probably given as part of a junket package. They are still collectible and worth about $5-10 or what ever you are willing to pay. Most octogon chips were of this type, as a "good for" or a souvenir.
