what if your away and didnt see it but would have bid more?

You have two people bidding on a chip. both stubborn and even though the same chip has sold 50 times for one price these two will pay 2x 3x that price...

People selling on ebay (Some people) steal scans and sell a chip that looks nice. when you get it its a used piece of junk... Should be returned...?

seller didnt list it right and no one finds it....
