There is another message board I follow (flyertalk.com) that has different forums for airlines, car rental, hotel, and other areas of interest to travelers. I've learned a lot about working through the FF system. A lot of it is dribble of course but you get that whenever you get a large community together. However there's lots of good information on the site as well (what suitcases to buy, what hotels are good in certain areas, how to get through an IROP, etc).
