I don't understand how you can blame pay-pal
for scams on e-bay or online hackers. I bank online everyday transferring thousands of dollars
any online hacker can hit me anyday but the bank
suffers the lost the same as the lady who lost the 1,000. I can tell you a lot of stories about
people using credit cards & obtaining checking account numbers cheating people out of thousands
of dollars. Do you use a bank for checking or do
you own a credit card it can happen to you.
Even if you don't use pay-pal
If you have ever given your social security for
anything someone can steal it & find out your entire credit & banking history, do you receive offers of free credit cards with preapproved credit limits into the thousands where do you think they get the info. I just received a check for 35,000. from a major credit card bank just
cash the check opens your master card account
I have never bank with this bank. I would take
my risk with pay-pal than with deadbeats who write checks for 2.50 knowing they don't have the money in the bank
