I'm familiar with the Borland closed-casino series (with the open & closed years on the chip), as you show in 2 examples.
However, I've never seen the $1 version P*ssycat a Go Go chip, with the different style graphics and no open/close dates.

Do you think is was made by Borland also, or someone else.?
Is the center inlay integrated into the chip or is it simply a "sticker" applied to a blank NEVADA mold chip?
