Dave, it's not the best part of town. Outsiders are not exactly "welcome" there from what I have been told but i have no first hand knowledge. Plus it doesn't seem to me like there is anything in there worth seeing. I have worked in many places in this beautiful city and there are a few places i choose not to go. Like "naked city" behind the Strat for example. Although there is a great little ice cream shop back in there that we hit occasionally.
At the time I went by the NTT it was early in the am and I was on my way to work at the church. Feel free to pop in the next time u get by there and post us some pics!
