I am on Comcast too, but I just finished watching a baseball game through a Roku with no problems at all and I did a speed test that showed a download speed of 25 Mbps. All other websites are working fine. Could Comcast have decided that there is something "wrong" with thechipboard.com? Seems strange that it would be the only site affected if the slowdown is due to a local backup as David suggested.
