They really need to have meetings for counter people (all through out the country) and go through all the first class packages and envelops with them including FLATS. This is common having two different postal workers getting two different opinions, shouldn't be that way. I get postage due here all the time on chips, I am getting tired of it.
But if one post office processes the package and charges you $x.xx then no matter if wrong the other postal office should not charge the receiver any extra regardless if there was a mistake. I can tell you if they over charged the customer at the origin they would not give the money that was over charged to the recipient. They are doing the same think only in reverse. Heads I win tails you lose.
