This second chip is supposed to be a vibrant orange. I've tried different options when scanning but it always shows up "off white". Yet in the previous scan, the oranges in that chip showed up fine.

Any ideas. I'm scanning at 150 DPI - in JPEG format which turns out to be 260 x 254 pixels.
