talking about Paypal asking for verification. please don't confuse the two different places
but for a similar problem !
It was easier to verify to my bank, then with Paypal.
(If Paypal has to verify with the bank, why not trust them? )

I feel paypal is asking for way to much verification, and verifing again + proof (by sending them copies)
others seem to feel the same way

I think I will try Monks idea, and call to verify over the phone first.
