The plaque pictured is now for sale. The lady who owns it is hoping to get somewhere near $1000 for it but any reasonable offers would be entertained. It's a lovely plaque from the Clermont that was in use when Playboy owned it up until the 90s and I know of 2 that exist although they are probably more.
