I can not speak for others but I will try to put my reasons down. First) I have a limited budget for buying so I have to be selective. Sec.) The chips I need are not seen here for sale. Third)Even when I list chips I want I get no answers. These are not rare chips, but they are obsolete. Fourth) I do find some that I want on Ebay. Fifth) The chips listed here are mostly LE or easly found so i either have them or do not need them. This is one that I need. It is not rare, and only a $20-$24 chip in average condition, but no one seems to have one for sale. I would buy what I need here if I could.
