Your cage people at The Palms are, far and away, THE nicest and kindest cage people in NEVADA!! One winter, I went in to ask for a set of uncirculated $1 chips (you were still putting out the Ace-King-Queen-Jack yearly chips), and not only did the woman NOT roll her eyes when I asked for chips, she put them in a small Ziploc-type sandwich baggie so the chips would be protected until I got them home! If everybody else at the rest of the casinos would only be 10% as good as the people at The Palms, it would be SOOO much easier to get chips. You can be proud of the job they did Gene.
