Early Dunes restaurants

Dome of the Sea was on the main level, outside the casino. At the top of the Dunes was "Top o' the Dunes". This link says it originally had a revolving dining room, but I don't remember that. I thought I had heard Borland was maître d' at Dome of the Sea, but I didn't know him then either, only saw him at his store on Reno Ave., behind Excalibur.
