Not saying your Villa dice are from there.....but we had The Villa on Dixie Hwy (aka: Detroit Ave). It was run By Jimmy Hayes, opened in 1924, closed in 1955. It was known to have craps, roulette and poker. After Jimy Hayes was murdered in 1934, it was taken over by Ed Warnke.

I do not have an example of the dice used at the Villa in Toledo. Actually, it was about 5 minutes north of Toledo just over the Michigan state line.
