I have these six tokens for sale if you'd like to add tokens to your collection. One is from the island of Curacao.
These were issued in 1966, I believe the first year for tokens in the Caribbean and South America. What I show are proof tokens, specially struck, and in a layered material with sterling silver on the two faces. Mintage was only 500. These are not silver-plated. The tokens made for casino use were solid nickel alloy, as were the tokens issued by the mint as Proof-like (not Proof).
They are shown in the binder I got them in, and have never been handled.
Price is $14 each delivered, or all six for $75.
If anyone should be interested in the complete collection before I sell individual tokens, I'll sell all 72 for $900, in the custom Dansco binder and delivered by Registered mail. The rest of the tokens are all from Nevada casinos except for one from Puerto Rico (San Jeronimo Hilton) and one from Caliente in Mexico. All are the same material. The Proof-like tokens from this year are seen fairly frequently, but in Proof state they offered rarely and many were melted years ago for their silver content. I paid $300 for this set 40 years ago.
