Charging for the free agent acquisition is going to be a lot of work for someone to keep track of how many, were your players injured, etc. Considering most teams pick up 10-20 free agents in a season that is a lot of paperwork plus the cost of shipping and collecting the chips. Just not worth it in my mind.
