Harrah's Chester $3 Rake Chip. Those who have been there know how difficult these are to get. I've been trying since the day they opened! Does anyone know the value of this chip? Have any ever been on ?... and last, What could Harrah's Chester do if they saw me using this chip in an airtite as a card capper while playing in their poker room?
