Effective tomorrow, it will be illegal for motoritst to use a hand-held cell phone while driving on roadways in Marlboro, New Jersey. I'm sure some interesting comparisons can be drawn between these two sitiuations. Last I checked, it was legal to own and operate cell phones in this country .... but not while driving on roads in Marlboro.
Sounds like a familiar argument some were making a few short weeks ago about Reilly's promise to ban slabs at the club convention if he's elected President.
If you want something DONE about slabbing ... instead of all talk (education) then vote for Reilly.
