it effects all att users and soon everyone..i just got my att dsl bill today and i'm 468 gb's over my data plan of 150 ???,, $112.00 on dsl alone...this over usage penalty is a bleepin ripoff ..i'm venting,but everyones input would help me feel better..lol--- or not!
