I saw this listing as well, but I believe only this seller attributes them (possibly) to Black Hawk, CO. It is also referenced as "world famous", but a google search shows no info on a Bull Pen Lounge in CO.

It also appears that the name "Bull Pen" or "Bullpen" Lounge is a fairly common name for a bar, so that is not helping either.
