OK, for you geniuses out there…. I have a problem that I have scoured the internet for a solution to, but found none. Here is the problem: I have installed security cameras around the outside of my house in weather protected areas, except one. The one that is in an unprotected area (in the corner of my yard), I had a special enclosure made with a sealed glass dome. Looks nice, protects from the elements and works fine in the daytime. When night falls the night vision (IR) comes on and is reflected back into the lens of the camera giving me a white-out. Much like taking a flash photo into a mirror. I can turn off the IR but then the view is very dark and little detail can be seen.
How can I reduce/eliminate the reflection?
