chipguide.com started out as "Greg Susong's CyberGuide To Casino Chips" back in mid to early 1995 I think.
I don't remember for sure, but I think I started The Chip Board sometime in late '96 or early '97. I remember that it was long before Prodigy changed over to .net. CIS was still going strong also.
Maybe Don Lueders still has his prodigy email archives. If so, he could probably find an announcement for both of them.
Maybe Neal can remember when he started Chequers. I remember that Chipguide started within a month after Chequers, and The Chip Board started about a month or so before Chequers put up their bb.
