I didn't want an account but they advertise you can send anyone with an e-mail address money. An auction shipment was stolen and the guy I bought it from payed me my refund through this system. So I'm forced to open a Pay Pal account to get my $12.50. The minimum transfer allowed to a bank account is $ 25.00 so if you want your money you have to register a credit card. I'm still waiting for the transfer. Three weeks now and after March 1/01 they are suspending all transfer's to credit cards.
