The buyer decided to keep two chips [yep] and return the other two with secured cash payment for 50% lot cost.

"...live and learn..." is right, as I failed to write breakdown, but did note that he can return them if not pleased.

These things don't happen to us often, (I think this is the second time for me) but it's good to mention when they do...
