I'm trying to determine if there are more than 2 multi-casino "coordinated" chip sets. By "coordinated", I mean that a number of casinos cooperated to issue chips for a specific event, with intentional coordination in the effort.
The two sets I'm thinking of are:
10-pc. "Fremont Street Experience" chips issued by 10 downtown casinos to commemorate the inauguration of FSE.
10-pc. "Legendary Old Timers" chips issued by certain LV casinos, with their respective CEO's featured on the chips. Made in conjunction with a banquet during the annual casino vendors show a few years ago. (Minus the MGM Kirk K. chip that we can't get our hands on )
In a sense, the Boyd Group's coordinated issue of Richard Petty chips loosely fits the definition of multi-casino coordinated theme, but not quite the same.
The Atlantic City "Miss America" chips of 1999 are close too, but may not have been "coordinated".
BTW, I'm excluding from my definition the various holiday or millennium chips that casinos issue for a common holiday (New Years, etc.) but without any specific coordination with each other.
