...I learned long ago that at best you are going to find that about 50% like what is offered & the other 50% do not. No matter what is served or how it is served.
I was involved with having a banquet for around 1,000 people every 7 months for about 10 years when I was half owner of the Southern Nevada '9' Ball Tavern Owner's Association here in Las Vegas.
We had banquets at the Holiday Casino, Hacienda, Tropicana & The Orleans. One person would come up & tell me the food was GREAT! Then another would come over & tell me it was AWFUL!
I know you are trying to get an idea on what best to serve & how, Doug. But in the long run you can't win. You are better off going with what YOU like. Then at least ONE person will like what is offered.
