I got these from Dale Seymour's junk box at the convention. I like this kind of "Junk". I did some Googling and found that the Club European was in Smyrne, Turkey.
The city is called Izmir today. I'm guessing the chip is pre 1920s. Any info? The Cafe DuPeyrou looks French. I like the "Wink" on the back. The 3 penny/No.8 is a mystery.
