I arrived Wednesday, this year, 2012. Received only the standard South Point room key at checkin. I'm assuming the hotel had Club room keys left over this year because they didn't give them out on Wednesday to anyone. I guess if I had thought about it, I would have asked for one, but arrival and check in are always hectic and I'd forgotten the Club was doing the cards.

Four Club cards were on display at the Club table so I bought them. I have found the key card and now see it has no year on it, but the dates are June 23-25, so it is probably last year's. I would like one for this year if you or someone else has an extra. Will be glad to pay postage. I now see the othe two cards are banquet tickets for 2011 and 2012, which I didn't have so glad those were for sale too.

I hear your comment about the main purpose of the Club key Cards... to advertise to non-members. That's fine and I agree that's a good use of Club resources. But casino room keys are one of the more popular collectibles that our members go after. Not a big deal, but in the future, I'd like to see them routinely given to all at hotel registration starting the day before the Convention.
