CODC - Chipper Organizer Database Collection Software

Guys,
I started to develop a small software to catalog my collection of chips. And if the result is positive,
make available to friends of the CC>CC.

I would like the opnion of friends. The system would keep the information below. What do you think?
It is enough? What other information would be important to have?

Chip ID # CG, denom, Issued, Color, Inserts, Mold, Inlay, Catalog #, Image 1,
Picture 2

Conditions in the Collection Location, Registration Date, Comments
Quantity, Purchase Value, Sale Value, Last Update

My idea is to have a set of information that allows the collection with quality care.
