IMO, Paris has the best buffet in town..pricey, (for me) but worth every cent
I love BBQ and while I havent tried it yet, friends tell me lynyrd skynyrd bbq at the Excalibur is the best.
for Italian, I like Maggiano's in the fashion show mall
For Prime Rib, Binions steak house, best I ever ate
make sure you stop at Luv-it frozen custard and get the Western or the flavor of the day
