The translucent maroon are part of the first-series in 1929; and the Green embossed was introduced later -- but prior to WWII. The laminates such as 100, 200, 500 and upward were introduced before 1960... and the lower-denoms; 1, 2, 5, 10 and upward were introduced after 1960 (most likely to adjust needed inventory after revaluing the previous supply with "NF"/comma; thus the w/ and w/o -- but further study will determine excact manufacture periods) of which most was in play/off site storage up to about late-70s... per accurate historian notes.
