Some of you may remember the first post I 'inspired' on this board as a clueless newbie back in Feb about jetons from the Palais de la Mediterranee. Well, I contacted the place I had gotten them from to see if they still had any, thinking I might do what John Benedict had told me he had done with another dealer, send them a few bucks periodically for a few chips every month or so.

They sent me back an offer for a lot of 10 each of 12 different jetons & plaques. There are much better samples than what I saw when I was there, including some plaques they didn't have at the time. (none of the hand painted ones, though) While I would love to own the whole lot, I really can't justify that.

Before I go back and see if they would sell a smaller batch, I thought I would once again see if there was any interest here now that I am less of an unknown quantity, have dealt with many members of this board, and the lot of jetons/plaques look to be in better shape.

What I would be looking for is to sell 7 or 8 of the 10 'sets' of 12 for $75 shipped (in the US). That's only $6.25/piece. I will collect no $$ until I have chips in hand and they are ready to be shipped. If you are interested in less than a set, let me know and I'll see what I end up with. If there is interest, I'll get the lot of some larger portion thereof. If not, I'll see if I can get a few for myself.

Some of the yellow 500's look like they have the NF marking, while others don't. If you have a preference, I'll see what I can do. It doesn't look like any of the others have the NF mark. When I was first there, that was the case as well.
