Sorry I can't help you with the election ballot for club officers, but in your case I will make an exception for COTY/TOTY in the event you don't get your magazine soon. I will accept your CITY/TOTY nominations via email on February 28th. Being that the deadline for the next issue of the club magazine is March 1st, I do plan on submitting the ten top chips nominated and the ten top tokens nominated in the next issue of the magazine. The actual vote of the two eventual winners and the nine runner-ups in each category won't be announced until the club's convention banquet in May.
